Job Vacancy: Highland Motors seek Vehicle Service Adviser

Highland Motors is a dynamic extremely well established Motor Dealership in Donegal and is the main dealer for Renault, Dacia, Citroen and Honda.

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced full-time Vehicle Service Advisor.

As a member of our aftersales team you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

This person needs to be ambitious, flexible, organised, be prepared to work as part of a dynamic team, and have good interpersonal skills working with colleagues and customers.

The ideal candidate will: 

* Have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role within the Motor Industry

* Strong PC skills/computer experience essential

* Excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Work well under pressure

* Have strong organisational and planning skills

* Be efficient, with good attention to detail

* Work well as part of a team

* Be flexible in their approach to work

* Have a full, valid, clean and current driving licence

* Vehicle knowledge and technical background/experience essential

* Knowledge of Manufacturers Warranty systems would be an advantage
