Listen: Seamus Coleman backs Ireland to keep World Cup dream alive

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND captain Seamus Coleman has spent the last six months recovering from a serious leg break sustained in a World Cup qualifier against Wales in March.


The 28-year-old was back in his native Donegal last night, as guest of honour at the Blue Haven in Kilcar for a fundraiser his former club St Catherine’s FC. Here he gives an update on his injury and his beliefs on Ireland’s hopes of making it to the World Cup finals in Russia next summer.
