Many parts of Bundoran were plunged into darkness last night following a car crash.
A car crashed into an ESB pole at the West End of the seaside town causing the huge outage.
A major operation involving ESB crews, Gardai and the fire service was then launched.
Nobody was hurt in the crash which sparked the outage.
Power has since been restored to the area.
