Donegal Death Notices – Rest in Peace

Donegal death notices for today, Sunday, October 29.

 

 

Charlie MC MONAGLE
The death has occurred of Charlie Mc Monagle, Corgary, Ballybofey, Donegal, peacefully at Brindley Manor Nursing Home, Convoy in his 94th year. Beloved brother of the late Bella, Mary and Annie. Sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family circle and friends.

Remains reposing at the home of his grandnephew, Peter Mc Bride, Corgary, Ballybofey, on Sunday Oct 29th from 2pm until rosary at 10 pm. Funeral leaving from there on Monday Oct 30th at 1.30 pm for requiem Mass at 2pm in St.Mary’s Church, Sessiaghoneill, with interment afterwards in the adjoining churchyard. Donations in lieu of flowers, if so desired, to the Patients Comfort Fund, Brindley Manor Nursing Home, care of any family member.

 

Bill MC GLINCHEY
The death has occurred of Bill Mc Glinchey, 556 Ard Mc Cool, Stranorlar, Donegal, peacefully, at Letterkenny University Hospital, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Breid and much loved father of Noeleen, Gerard and Bernard. Dearly loved brother of Eileen, Attracta, Kieran, Geraldine and the late Bernard. Sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughter, sisters, brother, nephews, nieces, extended family circle, neighbours and friends.

Remains reposing at his home on Sunday, October 29th, from 5pm until rosary at 10pm and on Monday, October 30th, from 11am until rosary at 10pm. Funeral leaving his home on Tuesday, October 31st, at 10.30am for requiem Mass in the Church of Mary Immaculate, Stranorlar, at 11am. Interment afterwards in Drumboe Cemetery. Family time on the morning of the funeral, please.

 

Eddie GALLAGHER
The death has occurred of Eddie Gallagher, Creevary, Rathmullan, Donegal.

Reposing at the residence of his sister Teresa and Willie Gordon, Ballyconnolly, Ray, Rathmullan. Requiem Mass in St Joseph’s Church, Rathmullan, on Monday, 30th October, at 11am, followed by burial in Rathmullan Cemetery.

 

Madge COLLINS
The death has occurred of Madge Collins, Redford, Culdaff, Donegal, at her daughter Evelyn Collin’s residence.

Removal on Monday, 30th October, at 10.15am to St. Mary’s Church, Bocan, Culdaff, for 11am Requiem Mass, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Bocan Parish Church Restoration Fund.

 

Anne RICHARDSON
The death has occurred of Anne Richardson, St Paul’s Park, Greencastle, Donegal, formerly of Ballybrack.

Arrived at St Mary’s Church, Ballybrack, yesterday evening. Funeral Mass today, Sunday, 29th October, at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
