Four young Swilly Seals swimmers flew to Tenerife this week to take part in a week-long training session.

Ellie Maloney, Molly Nulty, Cody Dunnion and Cian Mulligan took part in an intensive swimming camp training for two hours twice a day.

This is an annual trip run by ulster schools swimming association.

To qualify for this trip the four swimmers took part in a schools swimming competition in Bangor, all secondary schools took part and the standard was very high.

Swilly Seals were very proud to have four of our swimmers selected.

The swimmers also had time for sightseeing and fun on the beach

Bangor open

At 6:30 am on Sunday morning 24 of our younger Swilly Seals headed to Bangor for the Bangor open competition.

All swimmers had great performances with an outstanding no of medals and PBs.

Well done to all our swimmers and coaches.

Next up is Enniskillen good luck everyone.
