Job Vacancy: The Cope Dungloe are recruiting for a Full-Time Permanent E-Commerce Manager.
An excellent opportunity exists for an E-Commerce Manager in one of the North West’s most established retail merchants. We are looking for an ambitious, presentable and energetic individual who has an ability to work at a high intensity to join our successful team in Dungloe.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Responsible for all online activities and e-commerce for the company.
• Create and maintain an online business plan, providing analytic reports of online sales
• Develop and implement an ecommerce strategy across all devices to deliver an exceptional
customer service
• Proven ability to deliver strategic growth through e-commerce with a strong commercial focus.
• In-depth understanding of website design including updating website for new mobile or
computer systems to appeal to current and future customers.
• Relevant experience working in an e-commerce environment with a good command of content
management systems
• Collaborate with all relevant departments to ensure successful product representation across
all relevant categories
• Communicate with third party suppliers to ensure continual development and growth online
• Goal oriented and performance driven with the ability to multitask and manage multiple
projects
• Research, development, financial planning and budgeting skills.
• Oversee and work with content, design, sales and marketing.
• Display excellent communication skills as the successful candidate will be working as part of
our large energetic team
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC,CMS, Social Media, Email marketing.
• Set and exceed performance measurements.
