We will let Donna tell you a little about herself and her top picks this week for cruising!

Cruise Expert Donna

Donna Feeney: I have been in travel for almost 7 years now and have loved every minute of it! Whilst working most recently with a specialist cruise company, I have had the opportunity to go on lots of exciting trips and sample many different cruise lines. These included Fred Olsen, MSC, NCL, Princess and Celebrity, as well as a River Cruise on AMA waterways.

Cruising is definitely one of the best (if not, the best) ways to experience the world. The ships just get bigger & better as time goes by and there is a wide choice of destinations to be visited. It’s the ideal all- inclusive holiday for all ages.

I truly believe that once you have experienced a cruise holiday, you are a cruise client for life!

If you are unsure if cruising is for you, why not try out a Mini Cruise!?

These short breaks are often called “taster cruises”, because they’re the perfect way to give cruising a try if you’ve never done it before.

Taster Cruises are a perfect way of introducing the first-time cruiser and families, who are short on time, to what the cruising experience is all about and Visiting some magnificent destinations around Europe and the Mediterranean. Mini cruises are usually 2 to 4 nights long, but can last up to a week.

A cruise is a great opportunity to relax on deck and do very little but it is also packed with a large variety of entertainment, health and beauty venues, sport and fitness areas, restaurants, bars, facilities and services for children and much more.

If you’re a family, first time cruiser or are just looking to experience something a bit different without having to dig too deep into your pocket, a mini cruise could be the perfect holiday for you.
