Job Vacancy: Office administrator/bookkeeper required

Job Vacancy: TSA Tyres in Ballybofey, Co Donegal are seeking to recruit an office administrator/bookkeeper. 

Duties include day to day office administration tasks such as preparation of accounts, book-keeping, VAT returns, weekly payroll, daily cash and bank reconciliations.

Skills required/ Technical Competencies / Experience: 

• An accounts qualification desirable
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office products
• Experience of TEAM Systems accounting software desirable but not essential
• Accurate worker with strong numerical skills
• Experience working in an office environment
• Good communication skills and telephone manner
• Punctual and reliable

Candidate Requirements:

Level 4 (incl. Leaving Certificate/Leaving Certificate Applied/Leaving Cert Vocational Programme)
