Massive home boost and incentive for Finn Harps Under-15s

Finn Harps’ Under-15s have been handed a home draw for the semi-finals of the SSE Airtricity National Under-15 League.

Kevin McHugh’s Harps, who were 5-0 winners over Bohemians in their quarter-final on Saturday at Dry Arch Park, have been drawn to face Athlone Town.

The game has been pencilled in for Finn Park with dates and times to be confirmed.

In a further boost for the young Harps, should they win the semi-final, they would also be home in the final. The winner of the Harps-Athlone tie will be at home for the final.

The other semi-final sees Bray Wanderers or Wexford Youths travel to play St Patrick’s Athletic at Richmond Park.

Bray and Wexford meet in the remaining quarter-final this Sunday.

Last weekend, Harps were impressive in their demolition of Bohs with Luke Rudden bagging a hat-trick to go in between goals from Charlie White and Conor Black.
