Michael LEIGH
The death has occurred of Michael Leigh, Late of Knockagar, Letterbarrow, Co. Donegal and formerly of New Addington, Croydon and Bawnogues, Baltinglass Co. Wicklow. Peacefully, at Donegal Community Hospital. Beloved father of Ann Harley and David Leigh and loving brother of Sophie Doyle, Terry (Australia), Cecelia Gahan, Mary Vernon, Gaye O’Toole and the late Anthony.
Funeral Mass will take place in St. Joseph’s Church, Baltinglass, on Sunday 19th November, at 1pm followed by burial in Baltinglass Cemetery.
Bernie REILLY (née Haughey)
The death has occurred of Bernie Reilly (née Haughey), Chestnut Grove, Bay Estate, Dundalk, Louth / Letterkenny, Donegal, peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents, Charlie and Kathleen Haughey (Letterkenny).
Bernie, beloved wife of Ray and adored mother of Karen and loving grandmother of Conor, Ewan and Finn. Very deeply regretted and sadly missed by her husband, daughter, grandchildren, sister Lena Mc Loughlin (Templeogue), son-in-law Bob, brother-in-law Sean, nephews, nieces, cousins extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at her home, Chestnut Grove, Bay Eatate, from Sunday 12 noon to 7pm. Removal Monday morning to Saint Joseph’s Redemptorist Church arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in Saint Patrick’s Cemetery, Dundalk. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Palliative Care. House private on Monday morning by family request.
Kathleen GAVIN
The death has occurred of Kathleen Gavin, Glassagh, Gweedore, Donegal / Dunfanaghy, Donegal.
Removal took place this morning (Saturday) to St. Columcille’s Church, Knockfola for Requeim Mass at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
