Injured puppy found in Letterkenny – do you know who owns him?

This tiny puppy was found abandoned in Letterkenny this evening.

He appears to be injured and was found running around in distress at the entrance to Ceanainn View, Carnamuggagh Upper, Letterkenny this evening at 6pm.
