Chloe and Sam Magee booked their place in the quarter-finals of the FZ Forza Irish Open today.

At the Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena, the Magees overcame Scottish duo Alexander Dunn and Eleanor O’Donnell 21-5 18-21 21-15 to book a spot in the last eight.

The Magees now face Poland’s Milosz Bochat and Aneta Wojtkowska tomorrow in the quarter-finals.

In the men’s doubles, Sam and Joshua Magee defeated Javier Suarez and Alberto Zapico from Spain 21-12 21-7, while Joshua Magee, in the men’s singles, lost to Kai Schaefer 17-21 21-15 18-21.
