The death has occurred of Bobby Toland, Kildrum Lower, Carrigans, Donegal.
Removal from his home today, Wednesday, January 17th, at 12.20pm for 1pm Requiem Mass in All Saints Church, Newtowncunningham. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Terence MURRAY
The death has occurred of Terence Murray, Trusk Road, Ballybofey, Donegal / Strabane, Tyrone, peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital after a short illness. Beloved husband of Philomena and much loved father of Irene, Catherine and Declan, devoted brother of Brian, Lucy & Juliana. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his wife, daughters, son, brother, sisters, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.
Remains reposing at his home on Wednesday Jan 17th from 11 am until rosary at 10 pm. Funeral leaving his home on Thursday Jan 18th at 10.30am for requiem Mass at 11 am in the Church of Mary Immaculate, Stranorlar, with interment afterwards in St. Mary’s Churhyard, Melmount, Strabane. Donations in lieu of flowers, if so desired, to The Friends of Letterkenny University Hospital, care of any family member. Family time on the morning of the funeral, please.
Willie John MCDAID
The death has occurred of Willie John McDaid, 43 Crana View, Buncrana, Donegal.
Reposing at his residence until removal on Thursday, January 18th, at 10.30am to St. Mary’s Church, Cockhill for 11am Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family time from 11pm until 11am and on Thursday morning, please. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, to Buncrana Nursing Unit Patients Comfort Fund.
Oliver (Ollie) LONG
The death has occurred of Oliver (Ollie) Long, Carrickmagrath, Ballybofey, Donegal, peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital, surrounded by his family. Beloved son of the late Harry & Vivien and much loved brother of Ruby, Annie, Harry, Sammy, Tommy, Joe and Florrie. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Remains reposing at his home on Wednesday Jan 17th from 5pm. Funeral leaving his home on Friday Jan 19th at 1.15pm for Service of Thankgiving at 2pm in Stranorlar Parish Church of Ireland with interment afterwards in the adjoining churchyard.
Bridget LAFFERTY (née Orr)
The death has occurred of Bridget Lafferty (née Orr) Cronagort, Doolin, Clare / Godstow Road, Abbey Wood, London and formerly of Donegal in the presence of her loving family. Sadly missed by her husband Jerry (formerly of Cronagort, Doolin), daughter Kay, son’s Micheal and Danny, son-in-law Martin, daughters-in-law Jane and Wilma, grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at the community room chapel of Corpus Christi Church, Lisdoonvarna on Thursday evening 18th January 2018 from 5pm with prayers at 6.45pm. Arriving at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Doolin on Friday 19th January for requiem mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the Holy Rosary Cemetery Doolin.

The death has occurred of Jamsie Boyle, Cullion Road, Letterkenny, Donegal.
Requiem Mass in the Church of the Irish Martyrs, Letterkenny at 11am today, Wednesday, 17th January, with burial afterwards in New Leck Cemetery.
Helen MCINTYRE (née Doherty)
The sudden death has taken place of Helen McIntyre (nee Doherty), Ahilly, Buncrana, Co Donegal. Beloved wife of the late Willie and dear sister of Joseph, Bridie, the late Jackie and Henry.
Her remains will be reposing at her residence today, Wednesday, 17th January, from 3.00pm. Funeral on Friday morning, 19th January, leaving her home at 9.15am going to St Mary’s Oratory, Buncrana, for Requiem Mass at 10.00am. Interment immediately afterwards in Cockhill Cemetery.
