Personal Lines Account Executive
Full-Time position based in our Letterkenny office

Commercial Account Handler
Full-Time position based in our Sligo office
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assisting new and existing clients with their insurance requirements
- Dealing with inbound calls from current clients
- Maintaining client relationships
- Promoting professionalism and integrity
Personal attributes:
- A team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Personable
- Good time keeping and attendance
The ideal candidate will:
- Have APA, CIP or equivalent qualification (CIP or equivalent essential for Commercial Account Handler role; qualification desirable but not essential for the Personal Lines Account Executive role)
- Be client focused
- Comply with Central Bank of Ireland’s Minimum Competency Code
- Have Relay software experience (desirable but not essential)
- Have a proven ability to meet agreed targets
- Have excellent telephone manner and customer care skills
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
