Job Vacancy: Management at Letterkenny Cabs are seeking a motivated, organised and experienced staff member to manage technology upgrades within the firm.
Letterkenny Cabs is a taxi company that has been in operation for over 30 years. In April 2017 we introduced a technological dispatch system linked to a cloud based VOIP Phone service. With this has come great opportunities but also challenges.
We are seeking the right individual to not only manage the day to day operations of the business but also to oversee the further implementation of the customer booking app and the introduction of credit card payments into same. The right candidate will be able to work alongside our technology providers to carry out these expected goals.
We also hope to introduce an IVR system in the near future and again will work alongside our partners to achieve the best outcome.
The right candidate will be expected to improve effective and efficient management of our current fleet of vehicles. The candidate should be able to read reports and utilise these reports to ensure that Letterkenny Cabs continue to provide an effective service to its drivers and customers.
The right candidate should have previous managerial experience, have an awareness of technology and be results driven.
