A man has made an appeal after his van and tools were stolen in the heart of Letterkenny.

The Peugeot Partner van, registration number 7DL 11616, was taken from the public car park behind AIB bank on Sunday morning last.

The van contained a number of work tools as well as a personal phone which is still ringing out.

The owner of the van has appealed through Donegal Daily for the public to keep a look-out for the vehicle.

The man said “It has loads of tools and my phone in it which is ringing out. It is possibly sitting somewhere and your readers may notice.”

If you have noticed such a van abandoned in your area please contact us on info@donegaldaily.com and we will pass on the information.
