TV star and mental health advocate Majella O’Donnell took a little time away from her new home this week to visit a local school ahead of an exciting event.

Majella, as the founder of the Donegal Mind Wellness charity, talked to pupils Jade and Aidan about the importance of keeping active and mental health. As exercise and good mental health come hand in hand, Majella was keen to support the event and wish the dancers good luck for their big night on March 9th.

This teaser video shows students rehearsing for the event which is focused on promoting positive mental health. The energetic teenagers certainly show that life is more fun when you dance.

Majella hops into the mix at the end and creates a great positive energy to promote the RCS Strictly event. Don’t miss this show on Friday, 9th March 2018, Doors: 7.15pm. Tickets are on sale now at the Rosses Community School school office.
