Raphoe Community Playgroup hosted their hugely successful St. Patrick’s Day Parade yesterday afternoon.
The colourful parade was followed by a mouth-watering cake sale, which was supported by the local community of Raphoe including parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, and many more.
The Playgroup also invited their neighbouring playgroup along to join the parade, resulting in a great sense of community spirit.
Raphoe Community Playgroup would like to thank all the children and their families for their support, the Volt House for their hospitality and for hosting the cake sale, the Senior Citizens for a warm welcome, Alex for the wonderful bagpiping, An Garda Siochana for the guarded escorts in the parade, and all the community of Raphoe who came out to support the local playgroup.
