Vacancy: Book-keeper required for TSA Tyres (Donegal) Ltd

TSA Tyres (Donegal) Limited require a book-keeper.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Recording supplier invoices and maintaining creditor’s ledger

• Dealing with queries on supplier’s invoices, reconciling accounts and managing payment runs

• Resolving customer’s account queries

• Maintaining debtors ledger and credit control function

• Bank lodgements, direct debit payments and handling cash payments

• Preparation of VAT returns, P30 returns

• Preparation of Month end accounts

• Preparation of Month end Journals and bank reconciliations

• Dealing with and organising year end requirements for the Auditors

• Processing employee payroll

• Day to day office administration tasks

Skills required/Technical Competencies/Experience

An accounts qualification desirable

Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Experience of TEAM Systems accounting software desirable but not essential

Accurate worker with strong numerical skills

Experience working in an office environment

Good communication skills and telephone manner

Punctual and reliable
