The team at Castle Grove Country House Hotel, outside Letterkenny, share an exciting look ahead to their much-anticipated New Zealand Wine Pairing Dinner, with a very special guest:

Next week on Thursday evening, we are delighted to welcome James Leary all the way from New Zealand vineyard Snapper Rock, to Castle Grove.

Snapper Rock is famous for their wines produced using the grapes from the world-famous Marlborough, at the top of the South Island and Hawkes Bay in the North East of the North Island.

James is responsible for production and export, and he will be at Castle Grove, sharing the story of Snapper Rock, introducing their wines and sharing his knowledge an expertise.

Paul Brady, Castle Grove Head Chef and passionate Donegal food ambassador, has prepared a wonderful seven course feast to pair with the selected wines.

We are looking forward to hosting James, giving him a warm Donegal welcome and pairing his knowledge and love with our love and passion for fine dining.
