Trentagh jockey Martin Harley was in form again over the weekend – recording doubles at Sundown and Leicester to take him onto 50 wins for 2018.

On Friday, Harley rode 13/8 favourite Beriniger to victory in the Beck Handicap for Alan King, Harley having two lengths to spare on the 12/1 shot Hyanna.

He followed that up with a comfortable win in the 5.25 race at Sundown aboard Elysees, also for King. The 5/1 priced Elysees won from Dagueneau (7/2) by almost five lengths.

On Saturday evening, Harley took victory for David O’Meara on the 6/1 Aren Heart, nosing to a win ahead of Richard Fahey’s International Man.

Harley also had just a nose in it when he guided 10/11 favourite Panko to a win over Albizzia for trainer Alex Hayes.
