Gold for Finn Valley’s Sommer Lecky at Belfast International Meet

Sommer Lecky won the women’s high jump at the Belfast International Meet last night.

The Finn Valley AC ace leapt to 1.83 metres in the event hosted at the Mary Peters Track.

Lecky won a silver medal at the weekend in the Bauhaus Junior Gala in Germany, reaching 1.81m.

The Castlederg teenager competed in the Commonwealth Games earlier in 2018 in Gold Coast, Australia.
