Danny Gilligan is fast becoming a Talented jockey in Irish Horse and Pony Racing when he Racked up Seven Winners at Ballinagare on Sunday on a glorious day of sunshine.

Gilligan had ridden six winners in one day at Lacken strand last month and has put him self firmly on the map with this superb  Seven Timer. His wins where aboard Peaky Blinder, Thunder Struck, Bubbalisious, Mr Mac, Storm Force, Mr James and Mr Bowen.

Dylan Browne Mc Monagle recorded a Treble on the day on Five Stone a Lead, Four Stone a Lead and Half Price and also hit the cross bar on six occasions with six seconds.

Sam Ewing also trebled up on the day when guiding Little Maine, Omega and Last Chance Paddy to victorys in a Bumper 13 Race card.

The racing fraternity would like to wish southern top jockey Mikey Sheehy a speedy recovery after his fall down in Ballingarry Co Limerick on Sunday last.
