Finn Harps add another new defender ahead of Wexford tie

Finn Harps have added another new signing to their ranks ahead of tonight’s game against Wexford Youths at Finn Park.

Harps have confirmed that Ollie Horgan has recruited former Castlebar Celtic and Sligo Rovers U19 defender Fintan Borotto.

20-year-old Borotto played with Castlebar at underage level before moving to Sligo at U19 level in 2015.

Borotto played under Horgan with the Republic of Ireland schoolboys. 

“Fintan’s a good lad. He had three years with Sligo U19s and hopefully now will gain some experience with us in a senior setup” Horgan said.

Borotto follows the likes of John Kavanagh and Niall Logue, who have joined on loan until the end of the season.
