Emergency services are on their way to a three-car collision at the Blue Banks on the main Letterkenny to Kilmacrennan Road.
The accident happened at 8.45am and traffic is being diverted away from the crash.
It is not understood that any of those involved are seriously hurt.
However, motorists have been warned to expect delays.
