Over 80 people took part in this weeks Letterkenny Parkrun – pic special

Over 80 took part in this week’s Letterkenny Parkrun in beautiful conditions with bright sunshine replacing the rain which prevailed for the previous two park runs.
The organisers would like to extend their thanks to Siemens Gamesa for not only participating in today’s Parkrun but also for their sponsorship of today’s post-event refreshments.

Staff from Siemens Gamesa who took part in Letterkenny parkrun and sponsored the post event refreshments this weekend.

Aaron Nepgen is making a habit of being the first person home and he was followed by Martin Donnelly with John Wilson third.
A cheque for €716.75 was presented to Croi (Heart and Stroke Charity) which was half of the money raised on the Parkrun, held in memory of the late Art McGrath.Good and New were the recipient of the remaining amount of €716.75.

The organisers would also like to thank all those who contributed on the October 13.
Letterkenny Parkrun is free to enter with parking free until 11.00 hours. The 5k starts at 09.30 and you can walk, jog or run and then enjoy a tea or coffee in the Vestry afterwards.
Everyone is welcome.
