Lifeboat launched in search for missing person

Gardaí and the RNLI are conducting a search for a missing person at Buncrana pier.

The Lough Swilly lifeboat was launched shortly after 9am this Monday morning.

A spokesperson for the Lough Swilly Lifeboat Station confirmed that rescue volunteers are assisting gardaí with the search.

There are no further updates at this time.
