John Campbell’s struck late to help fire Buncrana to victory over Naomh Brid – and promotion to Division 2.

Following his impressive performance, Donegal Daily’s Charlie Collins caught up with Campbell on the performance and asked him what it means to get promoted into Division 2.

He said: “I think it is very important for the club. We have a lot of young lads coming through and we are just trying to do good by them and leave the club a better place.

“We are always trying to improve ourselves and push on, you want to be out of Division 3, you want to be playing better teams week in ad week out.”
