Ciarán Crawford of Three Rivers Shotokan Karate club Lifford recently competed at the Open International Provience de Liege Belgium.
Ciarán travelled with a small team from Lifford.
After some fine displays against competitors from Malta, Germany, France and Belgium he stood proudly on the podium to accept his trophy for third place.
