A popular Letterkenny physiotherapy and pilates clinic is hosting a fun festive-themed ‘Reformathon’ this December 22nd.

If you’re looking to stretch out and destress before Christmas, then why not book into this fundraiser for a great cause.

JT Physiotherapy at Tara Court Letterkenny will be holding Reformer Pilates classes from 9.00am – 3.00pm on Saturday 22nd December in aid of the No Barriers Foundation.

The clinic will not be accepting any payment towards the classes, just a donation for No Barriers on the day.

No Barriers is a not for profit organisation set up in Donegal to bring world-class neurological equipment to the northwest.

The foundation has successfully acquired a state-of-the-art Exoskeleton suit for specialised rehabilitation. People with spinal injuries, stroke, MS, and brain injury amongst others can benefit from the therapy, which is delivered locally at an affordable cost.

All new and existing JT Physiotherapy clients who would like to take part in the fundraising Reformathon are welcome to support No Barriers.

Classes will run as normal on the day with additional classes added to the schedule from 12 – 3.00pm : 12pm, 1.00pm, 2.00pm.

There will be no online bookings so contact the clinic to book your Reformer on 074 911 1010 or via social media.

Places are filling up fast so contact the clinic for more information or check out the JT Physiotherapy Facebook page.

There will be tea/coffee and refreshments on the day for all attendees, Christmas Jumpers are optional!
