More than 100 learners from National Learning Network, Letterkenny and Rehabcare Lifford received awards for their achievements in a range of personal and vocational development courses over the past year on Tuesday last in the Mount Errigal Hotel.

The awards were presented to the learners as a result of what they have achieved through their hard work and dedication throughout the year.

Mura Herron, Area Manager in National Learning Network Letterkenny said: “It is a very proud day for myself and all staff here at National Learning Network and for the students’ families, friends, and the local community, to watch them receive their awards.

“We are presenting QQI Major Awards and component certificates from levels 1 to 5 to many of the students here today,” Herron added.

“I would also like to highlight and commend all the students on their personal achievements and how each and every one of them has grown and succeeded in their personal goals during their time here on our courses.”

The ceremony was attended by students of National Learning Network Letterkenny and Rehabcare Lifford, and their families and friends. Representatives from Donegal ETB, HSE and National Learning Network, INTREO, and local community groups also attended.
