Listen: Jacob Borg on ‘no-brainer’ decision to re-join Finn Harps

Jacob Borg insists his return to Finn Harps was a ‘no-brainer’ following the Ballybofey sides campaign last season.

The 27-year-old joined Ollie Horgan’s side last July, helping them secure promotion to the Premier Divison for 2019.

Donegal Daily’s Charlie Collins spoke to Borg earlier this week and asked him why he decided to return to Ireland’s North-West.

“Ollie (Horgan) spoke to my agent back in October and they spoke about me coming back and I liked what Ollie was offering in terms of where the club wants to go and what they want to achieve.

“It would be crazy if I didn’t take up the offer and try and help out the club and my own career and Ballybofey, Letterkenny and Donegal something to come and watch.”
