Donegal ladies make three changes for League clash in Cork

The Donegal ladies team shows three changes for tomorrow’s Lidl NFL Division 1 game against Cork at Pairc Ui Rinn.

Maxi Curran’s side, looking to preserve their unbeaten start to the campaign, look to make it five-from-five when they face the Leesiders (12noon).

Anna Marie McGlynn, Evelyn McGinley and Nicole Gordon come into the starting line-up in place of Tara Hegarty, Niamh Hegarty and Geraldine McLaughlin.

Scoring ace McLaughlin is absent due to a hand injury that will keep her side-lined for the remainder of the League campaign.

Cork are currently fourth in the Division 1 standings – with four semi-final places on offer at the end of the group stages – and they also show three changes.

From the team that started for Cork against Monaghan last time out, goalkeeper Martina O’Brien is back in, while there are starting berths too for Laura O’Mahony and Eimear Scally, who captained University of Limerick to Gourmet Food Parlour O’Connor Cup glory last weekend.

Meabh Cahalane and Libby Coppinger drop out of the Cork team.

Tomorrow’s game will be streamed live on the LGFA Facebook page.
