Cranford AC had three athletes travel to compete in the second Ulster spring throws festival held in Finn Valley centre last weekend.
All the girls in attendance competed in the shot in their age group.
Aoife Giles who came second with a good throw of 11.36, while Orla Neely came third in her age group with a throw of 8.05 and Blathnaid Gallagher who got a new PB of 5.65m.
Good luck to our athletes who compete this weekend in Athlone at the National Indoor Championship, Aoife Giles, Teresa Mullen, Oran Mc Menamin and Oisin Kelly.
