A busy office situated in the Lower Rosses in West Donegal requires an office assistant on a part-time basis to join their team.
The ideal candidate must be efficient and must be able to apply great attention to detail, a strong ability to multi-task and work to time constraints.
Good computer skills are essential (including Word and Excel).
A knowledge of Sage accounting systems would be advantageous but not essential.
Day to day duties will include proofreading documents, carrying out payments to suppliers, filing paperwork, using a customised booking system and various other tasks to ensure our small office runs efficiently.
The position will require 20 – 25 hours per week.
