PCC Falcarragh retained their FAI Schools Minor ‘B’ Boys National title this afternoon.

PCC Falcarragh 2 Coláiste Ghlór na Mara 1 (after extra time)

Goals by Jamie Brennan and Daire Ferry gave PCC a hard-fought win over Coláiste Ghlór na Mara from Dublin at the Showgrounds.

Brennan fired PCC in front in the 12th minute as he fired home following a defensive error.

That cane after Brennan set up Tiernan McGinty, whose shot was blocked.

PCC ‘keeper Oran Craig saved from Coláiste Ghlór na Mara captain Oisin O Murchu as the Dubliners sought an equaliser.

Craig saved again from John O Cleirigh before PCC’s Ethan Friel thumped against the crossbar.

The Dublin side equalised when Killian Cailloce fired home a splendid effort.

The winner arrived when Ferry cracked in a magnificent effort from long range.
