Donegal forward Oisin Gallen to undergo scan on injured shoulder

Oisin Gallen is expected to have a scan on an injured shoulder this week.

Gallen had to leave the action yesterday late in Sean MacCumhaills’ All-County League defeat to Cloughaneely in Falcarragh.

Gallen’s shoulder was popped back into place by club physio Kevin Gallagher, but there are fears that the forward has damaged ligaments.

The Ballybofey teenager had a superb debut season with the Donegal seniors.

In March, Gallen was Man of the Match against Kildare in Ballyshannon while he weighed in with four points in the Division 2 final win over Meath.

In four weeks’ time, Donegal go to Fermanagh for an Ulster SFC quarter-final.
