Gary Blair Education Officer at the Ulster-Scots Agency was on hand to present the award and expressed his thanks by commenting: “I would like to thank Ms Starritt and the team at Cresslough National School for all their hard work as well as take the opportunity to congratulate the pupils who were involved in the Flagship programme.”
