Natasha Kelly made the journey to Carlow on Sunday for the Tri 795 Carlow, the first triathlon of the 2019 BMW National Series.

Initially, the event was changed to a duathlon event, but a last-minute water safety test meant the swim was able to take place after all. Natasha had a brilliant race.

A 13:51 swim, followed by a bike split of 39:23 before an impressive 20:06 5k run off the bike ensured Natasha crossed the line in a brilliant time of 1:17:02.
