This is a superb opportunity for a committed high calibre Food & Beverage Supervisor with a positive, friendly & patient nature and the ability to communicate effectively & deliver a high level of Guest Service in a confident and professional manner to join Rockhill House, a luxury Country House just outside Letterkenny in Donegal.
About the position:
The position requires you to be a highly organized, dynamic individual with a passion for perfection playing a key role in delivering a memorable experience, working with all departments throughout the property to deliver and exceed on guest expectations. It involves clear and effectively communication on all levels and coordination with multiple departments to deliver excellence in all that we do.
You will supervise, train and ensure the performance of assigned team members, so that all procedures are completed to the House’s 5* standards.
