Job Vacancies: Magee of Donegal clothing company in Donegal Town are now recruiting for two positions – Customer Service Assistant and Part-Time Cleaner.
Customer Service Assistant:
Magee has a long history of providing exceptional customer service throughout its Clothing, Retail and Weaving businesses and we wish to recruit a Customer Service Assistant to continue this tradition.
Based in our Donegal Town Head Office, key responsibilities are:-
- Processing customer orders and responding to queries from wholesale and web customers by phone, email and LiveChat.
- Dealing with web returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges and collections.
- Organising despatches via UPS.
- Sending out order confirmations and invoices.
- Running and circulating analysis reports using the in-House software package.
Key requirements are:-
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel.
- A quick learner and the willingness to take ownership of the role.
- The ability to work on one’s own initiative whilst being an integral member of the Customer Services team.
- The ability to work to deadlines.
- Some experience of working in a customer service environment would be a definite advantage.
Full training will be provided.
This is a full-time role covering a 39 hour working week.

Part-Time Cleaner
We wish to recruit a Part-Time Cleaner to work approx. 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday at the various Magee sites in Donegal Town.
You will be expected to clean all areas to a very high standard with excellent attention to detail.
Some light catering duties will also be required.
Some previous experience of commercial cleaning would be an advantage but is not essential.
