A fantastic €4,600 was raised for Mary’s Meals at a very successful Christmas Fayre in Trinity Hall on the 23rd November 2019.

The fun festive event attracted great crowds who got the chance to meet Santa and pick up unique gifts.

Proceeds from the day will go towards Mary’s Meals, which provides School Feeding Programmes to school-going impoverished and disadvantaged children throughout the world.

The Mary’s Meals Support Group have thanked everyone who attended the fayre:

“We would in particular like to thank “Mr. & Mrs Claus and the two elves ” who took the time out from their busy schedule to be with us. Tony Duffy for the photography and the wonderful Gary Mangan for the music and song.

“Thank you to all who made crafts and to those who came along and made it a very joyful occasion.

“Thanks to the Committee of Trinity Hall who donate the use of their premises to us.

“And thanks to all the Mary’s Meals Volunteers who worked so hard to ensure a successful outcome for the benefit of poor and hungry children.

“We wish you all a happy and holy Christmas.”
