Job vacancies:
Our client operates in the construction industry in Ireland and the UK, and is seeking candidates with relevant work experience. Both positions are based in the Inishowen area and are full time.
Vacancy 1 (Ext1/2020)
Accountant (qualified or part qualified)
Duties of the role will include but are not limited to:
- Processing RCT/VAT/PAYE for ROI and UK.
- Managing the accounts payable and receivable.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Preparation of weekly payroll and subcontractor payments for ROI and UK.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for ROI and UK
- Liaise with external accountant.
- Tendering for new projects.
- Experience in a similar role of 3 to 5 years essential.
- Pay commensurate with experience and educational qualifications.
Vacancy 2 (Ext2/2020)
Administrator:
Duties of the role will include but are not limited to:
- Competent telephone manner.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Multi- tasking in a busy office environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as co-operating as a member of the team.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Experience in a similar role of 2-3 years essential
- Pay commensurate with experience and educational qualifications.
