New management team installed at Rathmullan Celtic

RATHMULLAN Celtic have announced a change in management.

Last night, the Flagpole Park club confirmed that Michael Deeney and Gerry Crossan had stepped down from their roles.

In their last five games, Rathmullan had won only once.

However, the Hoops are just four points off the play-off spot in Division One.

Dara Patton and Terry McCauley will take charge for the remainder of the season.

“Both Dara and Terry have been involved with the club for a long time as players and as a management team previously,” the club said.

“Both have the best interests of RCFC at heart; something they demonstrated yet again when offering to step in at short notice this week.”

Rathmullan have no scheduled game this weekend, but face St Catherine’s on Sunday-week.
