Rosses AC’s McCready finishes 11th in Ulster

ROSSES AC’s Helen McCready competed at the Ulster Senior Cross-Country Championships in Coleraine on Saturday. 

The field had an entry of 260 with a final number of 190 competitors taking on the stormy mixed with muddy condition and Helen (above, left) finished an impressive 11th after taking a tumble early in the race.

Rosses had six athletes attend the Ulster Academy Squad day two on Saturday in Clones.

These sessions are proving to be very valuable and enjoyable for all involved.

Training continues for underage and seniors in Dungloe and Gweedore.
