DONEGAL got back to winning ways today with an excellent win over Monaghan in Ballyshannon.

Donegal maintained their fine form at Fr Tirerney Park as goals from Caolan Ward and Hugh McFadden saw off the Farney.

Donegal sealed a 2-12 to 0-8 win to stretch their unbeaten Ballyshannon run out to ten games with their last defeat a League loss to Dublin in 2009.

Ward and McFadden netted in either half while Michael Langan was Man of the Match after posting five points.
