Gallagher’s Bakery / Promise Gluten Free are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals who are looking for temporary work during this difficult time for our Production & Hygiene teams in Ardara, Co. Donegal.
Our General Operatives are focused on ensuring that all areas of the facility run smoothly and are kept to a suitably high standard of cleanliness. A typical day will involve working as part of the team to hit our daily and weekly targets ensuring the highest production and hygiene standards across the facility.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 6 months’ work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions both verbally and in
writing - Basic mathematic and good English skills (both written & spoken)
- Good mechanical aptitude, dexterity and hand/eye coordination
- IT literate – familiar with Word, Excel, Windows
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Manual handling of materials is a requirement of this role.
