Covid-19 cases in Donegal jump by five to 68

The number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Donegal has now jumped to 68 – up five from yesterday.

The latest figures were released by the Health Protection Surveillance Centre this evening.

Across the country, there are now 3,849 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ireland while 98 people have died.

That number is expected to jump in the coming days as testing starts again at Donegal’s two centres while tests are also due to be sent to Germany to speed up the process.
