TWO LYIT Donegal players have been named as Basketball Ireland National League All Stars.

The All Stars were voted for by the coaches in each division of the National League and sees five players from each of the four leagues awarded first team All Stars, with second and third team All Stars also announced.

Dom Uhl and Manny Payton from LYIT Donegal have been included on the Men’s Division One All-Star Team.

Both were in flying form before the term came to an abrupt end following the Covid-19 shutdown.

The towering Uhl, standing at 6’9”, joined from Team Ehingen in the German Pro A division after completing four years at the University of Iowa in the American colleges system.

Payton came to Donegal from Framingham State University and lit up An Danlann with some superb performances.
