Northern Ireland’s Covid-19 death toll reaches 250

NORTHERN Ireland’s Covid-19 death toll is now at 250 following the latest update to the figures.

Eight more Covid-19 deaths occurred in Northern Ireland hospitals yesterday.

The Public Health Agency has confirmed that another 26 deaths that were previously unreported have also been added to the record.

There have now been 2,728 positive cases confirmed in Northern Ireland, with 15,677 tests carried out.

There have been 56 outbreaks in care homes, with 297 cases in those facilities.
